Brenda McCollum, a Florida native, has been assisting Floridians with their estate planning needs for over 23 years. During those years she has traveled throughout the state of Florida presenting seminars in churches, sharing about the importance of estate planning, and assisting individuals and families with drafting their estate planning documents.
While in law school at the University of Florida, she knew estate planning would be her practice area and designed her curriculum with that goal in mind.
Brenda is a voice for abandoned, abused and neglected children on the First Coast as a volunteer Guardian ad Litem and mentor to teenage girls in foster care. She is a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, the Florida Bar and the Estate Planning Council.
When she isn't working, or serving children in need, she can be found doing one of her many creative hobbies, traveling or at home with her Bernese Mountain Dog, Scout.
Brenda is married to Steve McCollum. They have two daughters, one son-in-law, two granddaughters and four granddogs.
